Mr. Reagan H. Rowans

Mr. Rowans is a qualified attorney-at-law and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London.

Ms. Kurcelia Moore

Ms. Moore earned a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of London and has completed the Master of Laws (LLM) degree with the University of Liverpool, UK.

Ms. Shannon Beharry-Holder

Ms. Shannon Beharry-Holder has a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of London and a Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from Hugh Wooding Law School, St. Augustine.

Ms. Kerleisha Bishop

Ms. Bishop holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of London and a Legal Education Certificate from Hugh Wooding Law School, St. Augustine.

Ms. Valentine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of London as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London. During her LLB studies at ILAS, she scores three first-class marks in her first year.

Mrs. Vanarrise Jagdeo

Mrs. Jagdeo commenced her service to ILAS as Secretary and was promoted to Administrator, reflecting her true role and function.

Mr. John Roopchan

Mr. Persadie joined the ILAS team in 2013. He brings with him a wealth of experience in quality management.

Mr. Damian Marajh

Mr. Marajh now serves as our Health Safety Security and Environment Officer. He previously served as our Office Assistant.

Mr. Vaughn Mahabir

Maintenance and Procurement

Mr. Mahabir’s is responsible for all matters IT including the sourcing all equipment and other supplies for the school and ensures that all equipment and other teaching tools are in working order.

Ms. Vanessa Kalloo

Student Affairs and Communications

Ms. Kalloo is our Administrative Assistant responsible for the library, all students’ concerns and for everything else at ILAS

Mr. Rasheen Hosein

Accounting, Marketing, and Student Engagement

Mr. Hosein is very efficient at his duties as Accounting, Marketing, and Student Engagement. He engages students on a social level – through a range of initiatives, which enhances student life at ILAS.

Mr. Nicholas ‘Nick’ Rodriguez

Mr. Rodriguez is our beloved maintenance worker and has been giving his dedicated service since ILAS’s inception
